PARTNERS
Strong partnerships create lasting value.
Behind every product is a network of trusted producers, certified manufacturers, and strategic partners committed to quality, innovation, and responsible sourcing. Together we build long-term value across the entire supply chain.
We work hand in hand with cooperatives and local producers across the different regions of Peru, ensuring fair conditions and responsible sourcing that respects both communities and the ecosystems of origin. This direct relationship with the source is the foundation of the traceability we define as our brand standard.
Why we choose to work with cooperatives
We deliberately chose to establish direct relationships with Peruvian producer cooperatives instead of relying exclusively on intermediaries or large-scale raw material distributors. This decision responds to two reasons: first, it allows us to verify growing and harvest conditions firsthand; second, it ensures that a fairer share of the value generated reaches those who work the land directly, instead of getting lost in a long, opaque chain of intermediaries.
Long-term relationships, not one-off transactions
We seek to build lasting bonds with the Peruvian producer cooperatives we work with, not single-harvest deals. This benefits both sides: it gives producers predictability to plan their planting, and it allows us to maintain consistent quality and traceability over time — something much harder to achieve if you constantly switch suppliers chasing the lowest price of the moment.
Manufacturer certification: a non-negotiable filter
Beyond the primary producer cooperatives, we work with certified manufacturers responsible for transforming raw material into finished product. Before establishing any partnership, we verify that they hold the corresponding food safety certifications — this filter is non-negotiable, regardless of what commercial terms might be offered.
Resilience in the face of climate variability
Peru, and particularly its Andean and Amazonian growing regions, faces real climate variability that can affect the availability of certain ingredients from one season to the next. That's why part of our sourcing strategy includes geographically diversifying suppliers for the same ingredient — for example, working with Peruvian producer cooperatives across more than one region for the same crop — reducing dependence on a single area in the event of a specific climate event.
